Park
The Ackley Industrial Park consists of 10 acres of industrially-zoned property owned by the City of Ackley. Lots are ready for development and equipped with sewer, water, electrical, and natural gas utilities.

NETWORKS
Looking to connect? We maintain contacts to local, state, and federal organizations, institutions, and resources to enhance our capacity to serve the community. If we are unable to help, we may have contacts who can.
FINANCING
Need a loan for your business? We offer low-interest gap financing through our Revolving Loan Fund. Designed to complement other funding sources, loans require an application and can apply to a range of expansion and start-up costs.
COMMUNITY BETTERMENT GRANT
What a new, fresh look? Through this modest program, we award applicants up to $500 in matching funds for visual improvement projects. Grants may go toward signage, paint, windows, entryways, and more.
REBATES AND ABATEMENTS
Through both urban renewal and revitalization plans, the ADC can help facilitate tax agreements for projects that increase Ackley's taxable base. Rebate and abatement schedules are dependent on project specifics.
